Delivery Policy

  • FREE Pickup is ONLY available in Barataria on Saturdays from 12noon.

  • vCut Utilities a courier service that provides Real Time updates via WhatsApp as it happens and Package Tracking

  • Our delivery fee BEGINS at TTD$37 Rate with an estimated delivery of 2-4 business days nationwide.  We DO NOT offer cash on Delivery to Tobago, ONLY TTPOST Track Pack.​​

  • ​​We use an automatic system to check all addresses and ensure they are correct. If the system cannot verify an address, we will reach out via telephone to verify these addresses. If we do not hear back from you confirming/correcting the address, this Address Verification Process may be delayed.

  • We cannot change the shipping address or shipping method once an order has been placed.​

​

  • Our system does not recognize emojis or special characters/fonts. If an emoji or special characters/font are included in the billing/shipping address, we will have to cancel the order.

  • vCut is not responsible for any carrier delays.

​

  • We do not refund delivery fees associated with your original purchase if an exchange is offered.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

If you are dissatisfied with any new product due to a manufacturing defect, you may contact us and request an in-house credit or exchange for a replacement product within seven 5 days of purchase. Shipping costs apply to any new delivery.

We do not offer refunds or credits for change of mind, accidental purchases, medical conditions, or any similar reason or event.

This item can be returned in its original condition and packaging for a replacement credit within 5 days of receipt.
